Disclaimer

What this site is, and what it is not.

A note on this page. This is a working draft written for a small independent site. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes what we actually do, and we would rather publish that plainly than leave the page empty.

This is not professional advice

Bright Play Days publishes play and learning ideas. Nothing here is medical, developmental, psychological, educational, or legal advice, and nothing here is a diagnosis.

If you have a concern about your child's health, development, or behaviour, please speak to a qualified professional — your GP, health visitor, paediatrician, or your child's teacher.

Supervision and safety

Every activity assumes an adult is present and using their judgement. Consider the children involved, the materials, and the space before you start. Small parts, water, heat, scissors, food and outdoor play all need appropriate supervision.

Allergies and sensitivities

Activities involving food, paint, soap, plants or scented materials may not be suitable for every child. Check the ingredients on anything you use.

Ages are guidance

Age ranges describe the children an activity usually suits. They are not a safety rating.

Accuracy

We work to keep everything correct and current, but we cannot guarantee it. If you find something wrong, please tell us and we will fix it.
